also if they did do a 'proper' hitman release for gog, (ain't ever happening) that would probably reveal how the 2nd and 3rd could be cracked even better. i mean even world of warcraft has cannibalized versions out there, but not a true copy of the genuine world. the later part could technically be fully cracked but it is almost never done for valid reasons for games. so ioi's drm schema is some traditional drm and mmo like game code. not because of true drm, rather, because the core game mechanics are like an mmo and server based. the games are available on pirate sites as expected, but they do not have all content. so the hitman 2016 and 2 & 3 are using a hybrid type drm.
